The stars have stories to tell! Join the park interpreter to learn some basic astronomy and to hear some of the tales that play out across the night sky. A telescope will be on hand for sky viewing.
Prepare: Bring a camp chair and/or a blanket to sit or lay out under the stars. Feel free to bring drinks and snacks if you'd like. Small flashlights or headlamps will be useful as it will be dark when we finish up. Please plan to arrive at the park gates at least 1 hour before the program starts to ensure that you arrive on time.
Meet: At the Wolfberry Day Use Area. Parking will be located in the dirt parking lot on Alternate Park Road 5 - watch for signs directing you where to park.
Fees: Regular park entrance fees ($5 per adult, children 12 & under are free). No charge for this program.
