Kayaking with a Ranger

Warm weather is upon us and the water is feeling nice, so join us for Kayaking with a Ranger at Lake Colorado City State Park. On Saturday, June 17th 10am-12noon we will teach basic skills for kayaking. You must call and sign up ahead of time as seating is limited. There is no program fee for this class but entrance fees to the park are required. Personal Flotation Devices are available at the park but we encourage you to bring your own if possible. You can barrow our kayaks or you can bring your own to join in on this fun. Call to sign up now!

There is no cost for these programs however you will still need to pay daily entrance fees of $4 per adult and children 12 and under are free. If you have a valid Texas State Park Pass there is no charge. Please support the park and consider joining the Friends of Lake Colorado City. Contact the park to find out more.
